Doubles tennis registration, step by step

Doubles is played in pairs, so registering takes one more step than singles. Here is an overview of the options YTC offers.

I have a partner

Create a free account or log in, choose your partner by name on the tournament page and send them an invitation. The pair is complete as soon as the invited player accepts.

My partner does not have an account yet

Send them the registration link. If they join through it, the pair's creator, the person who started the registration, approves the request.

I do not have a partner

You can leave the second spot open and approve a player who asks to join, or choose automatic matching with someone of a similar level. Automatic pairs are formed when registration closes. With an odd number of players, not everyone may be matched.

• Tournament capacity is counted in pairs, not individual players.
• The entry fee is shown on each tournament page; creating an account is free.
• Log in to see current availability and any waitlist.
